Online Course Refund Policy and Cancellations
Students who register for an online class occasionally change their mind for one reason or
another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for
students who decide not to take the class. Refunds for online courses are only given under
the following circumstances:

  • Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a
    scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. Class
    cancellations must be made 24h before the day of the class. For Monday
    classes, the latest day for cancellations will be Friday at 8:00 PM. Classes
    can be cancelled via email (paztapia@aicanduit.com) or by phone
    (+34658854297). Otherwise, you will lose the payment for the class.
  • A full refund will be issued if you commit with previous requirements for
    cancellations less an administrative fee of 5€
  • If, for any reason, the teacher is not to the liking of the student, It won’t be a
    cause to refund the class However, AICANDUIT S.L undertakes to provide
    another teacher as soon as possible.

Please understand that with the enrollment and accessing of your online class, you have
read and agree to the refund policy. There are no extensions granted for your class.
